Guidelines:
- Contestants must be 12 and under and live in the West Carolina or Upcountry Fiber service area.
- All photos must be submitted by the parent or legal guardian.
- All photos submitted may be posted on West Carolina’s Facebook page.
- West Carolina receives the rights to use submitted photos in current or future promotions.
- West Carolina reserves the right to not post any photos deemed inappropriate or against these guidelines.
